    Sugar can be found in our daily lives and can occur in the most innocuous of places. As well as table sugar that people add to drinks and the more obvious sugary snacks such as sweets, chocolate, and frizzy drinks which is can be found in a wide variety of normal everyday foods.     There are many problems that result from the intake of too many sugar products. It will cause tooth decay. Everyone knows eating too much sugar can lead to tooth decay. Even though life is considered healthy, we should control the sugar-sweetened beverages that have high levels of sugar and drinking these can significantly contribute to tooth decay.    Another major that can be caused by sugar is to increase your chances of developing depression.         Many people consume too much salt without realizing it, liberally pouring it into their food. Additionally, Dr. Subramaniam said consumption or excess of salt intake could lead to the risk of hypertension whereby uncontrolled which would eventually cause death. We need only think of processed, prepackaged or ready to eat such as cold cuts, chips, cracker cheese, and even breakfast cereal.    Salt is not harmful to health when it is consumed in reasonable amounts. However, high salt intake has been shown to increase the amount of protein in the urine which is a major risk factor for the decline of kidney function.
