Consuming too much Sugar

   People over the world today are obsessed with sugar. They took huge amount of sugar in their meal. Each year, many people are getting sick because thet took huge amount of sugar. Sugat can cause many diseases to your body. Here are some of the problems that you can get by taking a lot of sugar in your daily life.

   Eating too much of sugar can damage your skin. When you consume too much sugar, the sugar inside your body can damage the proteins inside your body that you have. The more sugar you eat, the more proteins you will lose.

   Sugar also can can cause kidney disease. When the amount of sugar in your body is high, the kidney will spill the sugar into the urine. The higher the blood sugar, the more sugar will come out in the urine and cause diabetes. Diabetes can damage the blood vessels at the kidney and destroys the kidney filters.

   Taking too much of sugar also can impact  your sleep. The more sugar you eat during daytime, the more often you are going to wake up in the middle of the night. Even if you don't fully wake up, the sugar in your system can pull you out off a deep sleep and make you to feel exhausted on the next day.

   If you consume too much sugar, you also have a chance to lower the sugar in your body by drinking a lot of water, go for an exercise or workout. These activities can help you to reduce your sugar level inside your body.
